From the currently reviewed 83 cards, I can see the followings: 1. This set is about colorless vs muti-color. We have many colorless creatures with " Devoid " tag while we get single colored spells that do more when we cast them with additional colors( Converge ) and also we have muti-color cards. The mana source supporting tricolor decks in current standard is not shrieking. Most tricolor decks we are playing now will remain. 2. We expect there are more cards helping us to cast the high mana cost colorless creatures( Eldrazi ). Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is the card I am going to analysis. If the mana sources in Battle can support Eldrazi , also greatly will they help Ugin to enter the battlefield in less than 6 turns. In theory, opponent do not control non-land permanents with mana cost higher than 6 in the sixth turn; Ugin sweeps the battlefield. But we don't know how powerful the " Devoid " creatures are in the set, Ugin can't take them down. 3. ...

Long time since my last article. I am living like a lazy slug feeding on coke and chips. Hope things get some change toward the better side. Ok, let's get back to deck building. I am building a deck around Evolutionary Leap. The card turned out to be a fool's gold in current standard. Luckly, I didn't lose money on it - it fell from around 3 tix to 0.2! The deck is inspired by a writer on TCG player that stated the interaction of the card with Hangarback Walker. Tokens get along with this card well. Good token cards in Standard are: Hangarback Walker Brimaz, King of Oreskos Chasm Skulker Goblin Rabblemaster Pia and Kiran Nalaar Hooded Hydra Whisperwood Elemental Xenagos, the Reveler Sidisi, Brood Tyrant Pharika, God of Affliction We also should consider returning creatures from the graveyard. Woodland Bellower Opposite to most reviewers on the web , I give this card positive rating. Six mana for 6/5 and a smaller green creature is not bad. We should not limit its potential to "searching for a Deathmist" or "searching for another green 3/3" etc. As we don't exactly know what green cards will be in the upcoming sets, this card have some unpredictable potential after rotation. 2.  Exquisite Firecraft People comparing it to Char, Lightning Bolt, Flame Javelin won't agree my point: this is the best red burn in the future Standard. People say Magic Origins is a down-graded set. To me, It feels more like Ice Age then Khans in the variety of card functions and types. Of course, Ice Age was a fun deck, weakness never harms the entertaining level of cards. Starfield of Nyx  is an interesting one. It goes perfectly into enchantment decks evolved during late Theros Standard. Win conditions: 1. Bring Chromanticore into play from grave. 2. Attack with animated enchatments for winning. 3. Bring Whip of Erebos into play and reanimate Hornet Queen. 4.
