What cards make you build UW Flyers?
Only all three cards appear in my sealed card pool will I consider UW.
What are the "removals"?
Though not "real" removals, they are the best a UW flyers get.
You are going to face WG counters, which creatures can be "reset" by returning to hand, destroyed with Swift Response and Legion's Judgment when grow out of control. Frost Breath is probably an acceptable replacement to Read the Tides.
The Game Plan
vs Green X decks
Once your opponent obtains 6 mana to activate Skyway Sniper, you 2 toughness flyers will fall one by one, turn by turn -- that's not as deadly a problem it sounds. Your 2/2s and 3/2s will have done enough damage at that time.
As for Snarespineer, you need one of these tricks:
vs WG counters and all other faster decks

You shouldn't expect UW Flyers to kill off creatures like Blue Black of Green Black. It's more important to buy time for your flyers to attack directly and win the game.
Beware of these cards
The worst outcome when battling with a 3 toughness reach creature or Fetid Imp is trading one of your spells (Feat of Resistance, Silent Dart, Selfless Savior......) with it. However, 4 Toughness is much harder to get through. You need to cast a Capture Sphere or Faith's Fetter on them.
Pestilent Haze is a disaster in early game that you may lose Watcher of the Spheres together with another 2 toughness flyer to it. At least 8 damage from flyers will be spared by Haze and you need to develop your force again. I'm considering if I need Lofty Denial or Miscast.
A sample plan for UW flyers:
Turn 1
Turn 2
Turn 3 Attack for 2
Cast a creature and hold one mana for Miscast
Turn 4
Attack for 4.
Cast a creature and hold mana for Miscast or Lofty
Turn 5 - Win
Keep Attacking with 2 - 3 creatures every turn.
Protect your creatures.
Cast Capture Sphere only on opponent's 4 toughness Reach/Flying creatures.
