I 've tested twice today. It's impossible for a mill deck without removals to win.
So I tuned it into a Burn + Mill. I gave up Harness the Storm, added Geistblast. I also removed Chandra.

Result:
I faced too many aggro decks - white human, bant aggro, even three drops in this deck are costly for dealing with them. I tend to build a more control based deck with Sphinx's Tutelage and Startled Awake as one of the ways to win.
