Honestly, I am unsure how Eldrazi ramp stand out among all the fast aggro decks and blue control decks. Instead, I 'm trying to build GR and Temur ramp decks. The reasons are as followings:
1. It's more resisting to aggro than Eldrazi.
2. Shadows over Innistrad reminds me of some GR decks in the Innistrad era, history sometimes repeats itself.
3. Sylvan Advocate, Chandra, Flamecaller, Goblin Dark-Dwellers and Mina and Denn, Wildborn are good to Ramp into.
4. In a GR deck, we can put 3 cards that return/recast burn spells: Den Protector, Goblin Dark-Dwellers, Greenwarden of Murasa. Even without calculating the probability, I am able to imagine how annoying any burn spell is in the deck.
Ramp:
4 Rattleclaw Mystic
4 Nissa's Pilgrimage
Creatures:
2 Hangarback Walker
4 Sylvan Advocate / Nissa?
2 Den Protector
2 Goblin Dark-Dwellers / 2 Whisperwood Elemental
2 Greenwarden of Murasa
4 Thunderbreak Regent
2 Dragonlord Atarka
Mass Removal:
2 Chandra, Flamecaller / maybe Woodland Bellower for extra Sylvan Advocate?
Burns:
4 Exquisite Firecraft / Atarka's Command?
4 Draconic Roar (maybe Arc Lightning?)
24 Lands
If we build Temur Ramp, Sylvan Advocate can combo with Lumbering Falls. Alos, Bellower searching for Sylvan Advocate provides 2 card draws with Temur Ascendancy .
2 Leaf Gilder
4 Rattleclaw Mystic
4 Sylvan Advocate
3 Den Protector
1 Savage Knuckleblade
4 Thunderbreak Regent
2 Dragonlord Atarka
2 Kiora, Master of the Depths
2 Woodland Bellower
2 Greenwarden of Murasa
4 Draconic Roar
4 Temur Ascendancy
2 Stubborn Denial
4 Lumbering Falls
4 Cinder Glade
6 Forest
1 Yavimaya Coast
2 Mountain
3 Wandering Fumarole
4 Wooded Foothills
I want to get Sylvan Advocate on the battlefield with Woodland Bellower in late game to boost Wandering Fumarole and Lumbering Falls. As the only removals are the two Dragonlord Atarkas and four Draconic Roars, I added Den Protector and Greenwarden to return the removals to hand. Temur Ascendancy seems a bit odd here, maybe I should remove it?
