Buying Theros Block Cards

This articles is about buying cards from Theros Block. I listed the cards I picked with reasons, expectations and the possible events which signal further selling or buying. The THS cards are selecting by some rules below:
1. I don't pick gods - they are likely 1 of in most decks.
2. Cards not used in recent top 8 decks are not chosen.
3. Some decks are built with mainly Return to Ravnica cards, I avoid THS cards       in these decks

The most likely profitable cards:
1. Elspeth, Sun's Champion
Reasons: It's highly usable in control decks.
Expectations: It should be as high as Sphinx's Revelation, say 35 if the standard doesn't change too much.
Signals: you must sell if the next standard favors fast decks.

2. Courser of Kruphix
Reasons: Most green decks need it.
Expectations: The price may go up to Restoration Angel's (15 tix to 20 tix)
Signals: It stops weenies, ramps mana, offsets life loss to Mana Confluence,  I don't see in what condition it will drop.

3. Ajani, Mentor of Heroes
Reasons: Beside creatures, it can tutor for Elspeth, Banishing Light as removal. Cards from Theros block have already completed its function, the next block can only perfect it.
Expectations: It may goes up to around 20.
Signals: GW aggro decks are not very popular , it's now splashed in Naya control. If the mana fixing in the next standard 's horrible, it may not be so popular in the future.

4.  Xenagos, the Reveler
Reasons: After the leaving of Blue Devotion from Standard, GR may regain popularity, in a way it did shortly following the release of Theros.
Expectations: over 10 tix.
Signals: Buy more when it drops under 5. It's a desirable price. Seldom did RTR planeswalker, Vraska, the Unseen fall under 4tix,  it was not seen in meta for one and a half year! On the other hand, 2-3 copies of Xenagos are used regularly in GR and Jund decks.

Usable but uncertain cards:

Stormbreath Dragon - I'm not sure if it will be the best flyer for the coming year.

Polukranos, World Eater - Being a card in Dual Deck, it 's capped in price.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos - it's for sure that Elspeth will be the cards to beat in the next one and a half year. Printing something like Thrashing Wumpus can be an answer to Elspeth. Then, along with Elspeth, Brimaz will be the card likely to suffer from Wumpus.

Prophetic Flamespeaker - Already in certain Modern Jund and Standard Red Deck Win, it sounds good but I haven't tested it, so I can't say anything conclusive.

Mana Confluence - This is the hard card to value - does 1 damage matter in the next Standard, does M15 give us enough mana base for tri-color decks?

Kiora, the Crashing Wave and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - People have already been hoarding them, I can see that. I myself  don't want to buy them unless a clear signal is shown.

Special Card:

Thoughtseize - I had bought 150 Snapcaster Mage at 6 before RTR and after six months it was still 6. Thoughtseize is a reprint and the decks using four copies of it don't dominate the meta as much as those using Snapcaster Mage. I will buy this card but not at this moment this price.

GWx Starfield of Nyx Deck

People say Magic Origins is a down-graded set. To me, It feels more like Ice Age then Khans in the variety of card functions and types. Of course, Ice Age was a fun deck, weakness never harms the entertaining level of cards. Starfield of Nyx  is an interesting one. It goes perfectly into enchantment decks evolved during late Theros Standard. Win conditions: 1. Bring Chromanticore into play from grave. 2. Attack with animated enchatments for winning. 3. Bring Whip of Erebos into play and reanimate Hornet Queen. 4. Bring Sigil of the Empty Throne into play 5. Assault Formation + high toughness creatures Removals: End Hostility Banishing Light     Doomwake Giant Defense: Nyx-Fleece Ram Courser of Kruphix Card Advantages: Ephara, God of the Polis Commune with the Gods Satyr Wayfinder Eidolon of Blossoms Gather the Pack Combos: Starfield of Nyx  + everything /  Font of Vigor Ephara, God...
